Functions

ADVANCED AFFRI TECHNOLOGY INSIDE OFFERS MODERN SOLUTIONS


- The force is created by a dynamometer without requiring oil, shock absorbers and without dead weights as in the obsolete systems of many competitors.
- The AFFRI Dynamometer System permits the operator to use the machine with highly accurate results and repeatability even if the machine is not level, inclined or is subject to vibrations . The hardness tester can operate directly near to the production line giving real time quality control.
- User friendly software permits the storage of results and calculation of average values.
The machine can be connected to a printer or a PC to transmit stored data.
- A -set-of anvils permits easy tests on round or flat surfaces.
- Customized accessories can be provided to meet special requirements.

SIMPLE OPERATION:


Select load and scale for the correct indenter. turn the hand wheel to raise the test piece into contact with the indenter and the result will appear automatically.
Performance
Hardness Tester useful to tests all metals, very hard alloys such as tungsten carbide , steel, aluminium, brass, copper etc. and also plastic materials. (using specific ball indenters) 

THICKNESS OF MATERIAL TO BE TESTED:

Must be over 1 mm for hard materials and 4 mm for soft materials.
SCALES: Rockwell – Brinell direct readout.
Store data, statistics, out put data via RS 232 C for PC or printer connection
